Trump does have cardio problems as evident from the swelling on his ankles and fingers--edema. He most likely has AFIB at the very least, with a heat valve problem. You see him at a lot of his meetings sitting down and limiting his walking. It comes from burning the candle at both ends working long hours. At his age you cannot work long, long hours. Proper rest for a man pushing 80 is essential.
