Several Israeli cities witnessed demonstrations Saturday against the government of Benjamin Netanyahu, while police in Jerusalem confiscated sound equipment used by protesters.
The Hebrew newspaper Haaretz reported that hundreds of Israelis took part in protests at various locations across the country against the government, while 1,000 demonstrators joined the main rally at Habima Square in central Tel Aviv.
The newspaper added that Israeli police in Jerusalem continued measures they began last week, temporarily confiscating sound equipment from protesters at Paris Square near Netanyahu’s residence, citing the prevention of noise.
During the main demonstration in Tel Aviv, Carmit Palty Katzir, whose father was killed Oct. 7, 2023, and whose mother and brother were taken captive in the Gaza Strip before being released, criticized the government’s policies.
She said more than 1,000 Israelis had been killed since that date and tens of thousands had been physically and psychologically wounded.
Katzir accused Netanyahu of prolonging the war without a political horizon, arguing that his main goal was “political survival,” according to the newspaper.

A leading US scientist has predicted that computers will be as intelligent as humans by 2029. Futurologist Dr Ray Kurzweil told the American Association for the Advancement of Science that in the near future, machine intelligence will overtake the power of the human brain. He said that within two decades computers will be able to think quicker than humans. Dr Kurzweil painted a picture of us having tiny robots called nanobots implanted in our brain to boost our intelligence and health. He told reporters that these microscopic nanobots would work with our brains to make us think faster and give us more powerful memories. Kurzweil explained that we are already “a human machine civilization” and that the upcoming technology “will be a further extension of that."
Dr Kurzweil was one of 18 top intellectuals asked by the US National Academy of Engineering to identify our greatest technological challenges. Other experts included Google founder Larry Page and the human genome pioneer Dr Craig Venter. Kurzweil has a very impressive background in science and innovation. He was an innovator in various fields of computing, including the technology behind CDs. He also pioneered automatic speech recognition by machines. He predicts the pace of new inventions will increase greatly from now, saying: "…the next half century will see 32 times more technical progress than the past half century." This means scenes from science fiction movies, like Blade Runner, The Terminator and I Robot, will become more and more a part of our everyday lives.

Let's say, the Mullahs gave up and fled Iran, in a total regime change. Imagine this for a while--though a fantasy. Trump is giving them a choice of fags and trannies running wild in their streets, giving them a choice of western corporations strip mining their economy, giving them a choice of turning their cities into degenerate slums.
Nope--not going to happen. Even if the Mullahs fled, the Iranians are not going to welcome the puppet, son-of-the-shah in as a new leader, interim or not. But I don't think the Mullahs are going to flee anytime soon. The strategy is to outlast Trump and ruin his presidency (which is working now brilliantly) and the MAGA movement (thank you Israel for this)... and watch the government shift hands in the next couple of election cycles (which it assuredly will) so get used to the fact. Get used to the fact that Trump wrecked the MAGA and conservative movement forever. The communist democrats will, when they win the presidency (assuredly will again) and then open up the borders once more--and let in another 40 million turd-worlders before 2030. And why you ask? This is count them in the next census--where they will also be counted... mostly in the sanctuary states and cities, giving them more congressional representatives. The communist-democrats will also top-load the supreme court in their favor. And on top of it all, vote to include Puerto Rico and DC as states, giving them 4 additional communist senators. All of this ensuring a permanent stranglehold on the federal government.
Wrap your freaking skulls around this all please. And Trump fell for it--he fell for Bi-Bi's bullshit intelligence presentations. And Israel does not care which party rules the USA, as they have bought off everyone on both sides.
