JUST IN: A 95k sq ft office building in the heart of DT Denver is set to sell for $2.7M - an INSANE $28 per sq ft

It last sold for $24.5M in 2018 - a staggering ~90% discount in 8 yrs

Here's the crazy part:

The building underwent major upgrades recently, w/ 5 of its 7 office floors already built out and move in ready

And the property sits directly on Denver's iconic 16th Street corridor, which just underwent a $175M renovation

Denver's office market is truly experiencing an apocalypse

Stay tuned and follow for more updates on the office market meltdown

Wednesday, Oct 14, 2026 - 08:45 AM
Paul Tudor Jones appeared on CNBC's "Squawk Box" earlier this morning and warned that corporate buybacks and mergers and acquisitions, which have fueled the four-year bull market, are nearing an inflection point and could reverse next year.

"2027 is going to be really, really challenging for the stock market," Jones, the founder and CIO of Tudor Investment, told Andrew Ross Sorkin.

FACT CHECK: FALSE.

Trump says inflation is 1.7%.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported TODAY that inflation is 3.7% — and it rose from 3.4% last month.

And 19%? Biden never had 19% annual inflation. FAKE NEWS!!!

He’s literally making up numbers about inflation on the same Show more

Trump: "It'll Be 1929"
by Paradigm Press
"It'll be 1929. That's my opinion." — President Trump, October 1st.
Four time Presidential Advisor, Jim Rickards recommends Americans make three urgent moves before November 3rd.

Well, that's one way to end a press conference.

Recently, President Trump was asked about the upcoming midterm elections. And his answer was shocking:

"I think if the Democrats get in, we will end up in a financial depression. We will go into a depression the likes of which we've never seen before. It'll be 1929."

Private payrolls increased by just 67,000 in November, according to ADP and Moody's Analytics.

The number was well below consensus estimates of 150,000 and is the slowest growth since May.

"The job market is losing its shine," says Mark Zandi, chief economist for Moody's Analytics.

What happens when buyers don't show up at a 30 yr bond auction, and the buyers of last resort can't cover the carry trade?

Total Industry Strain: As of the latest FDIC Quarterly Banking Profile, U.S. commercial banks are sitting on $326.7 billion in unrealized losses on investment securities. [1]
The Scale of the Single-Bank Trap: Bank of America serves as the starkest example: its unrealized losses on mortgage-backed securities and low-yield Treasuries surged back up to $109 billion in the quarter ending September 2026 (up from $85 billion in June) as long-term yields shot higher. [1]
The Invisible Risks: Roughly $216.9 billion of these industry losses are stashed in Held-to-Maturity (HTM) portfolios. Banks are legally permitted to ignore these losses on their official book equity unless they are forced to sell them. They are functionally "stuck" holding them to maturity to avoid triggering a regional banking panic like the one seen in 2023. [1, 2, 3]
Do you think it can't happen in America?
