The beginning of July I did a 4 day ivermectin dosage (12mg p day). My bowell movements had been very loose, and I suspected an imbalanced gut.
Day 4 I went through what i can only describe as a colonoscopy prep type episode, it was terrible.
Since then, gut joy! My intestinal sculptures have been grand (curved policeman for those that know). have been waiting for a change, but 90 days later, still going strong!
Ivermectin gut cleanse really works for parasites, I am a beliver.

Fatty food helps with absorption. So if it is a systemic issue (like Covid), you take it with food. If a GI issue, you take it without food. You can get around either situation by increasing the dosage, but that's just a waste.

Then I was lucky, it was a GI inspired action, and it certainly worked out taking it at bed time.
