PRO TIP... many moons ago our guard dogs cornered a racoon on the deck. We discovered it was living under the house... called the county trapper who taught us this trick: Put a boom box under the house, turned up to highest volume, playing extremely annoying 'music'. (disco/head banger/rap/etc) Do it in the daytime because that's when they sleep. It works, racoon left that very night.
