I haven’t had the shot nor have I had Covid (yet) but I haven’t tested to know. Yet, I started the Bromelain NAC yesterday, as I am sure that the time I recently spent in a dentist chair put a spike protein hurt on me.

Geert says the biggest gain of function was the mass vaccination with a leaky "vaccine". When we eat meat it is digested and turned into snall molecules of protein and its constituents, amino acids. There is no way altered mRNA can affect people by eating meat. Or am I missing something ?

That's generally true, but prions as an example are misfolded proteins that can infest you via ingestion. Maybe there is a way to alter mRNA to resist digestion. Like the pseudouridine substitution that's used to increase the shelf life of injected Covid vaccine.
