Training flights have resumed out of Luke, but at diminished levels. This may also be related to the different classes going through training.
LOTS of .mil helicopters lately, though.

The latest I'm hearing is that the whole thing was just a gigantic fuck up by the Border Patrol, that the Army had turned over to them an anti-drone laser weapon that they then used without proper protocols being followed.
Personally, I'm not putting much stock in that version of events.
You don't scramble B-52's and multiple refueling aircraft because of a Border Patrol fuck up.
This may be one of those things that we NEVER find out what the truth is.
