The 5 States With Highest Gas Prices
California: $5.36.
Hawaii: $4.76.
Washington: $4.74.
Nevada: $4.39.
Oregon: $4.30.

Calfornia out from the areas of the refineries is around 5.60 per gal.

Close by--cheapest is 4.79 per gal.
Out east of the Serra Nevada along 395 is 7.00 or more per gallon.

Premium at like Shell stations is 5.75 per gal.

Here in Mississippi we're running about $3.499 - $3.599 for 10% ethanol regular 87 octane.

$4.79 here in Phoenix.

Refinery issues and supply are compounding that. With the closure of one refinery in Cali and the imminent closure of a second one, the whole Southwest is on eggshells right now. There will barely be enough gas to supply California, let alone Nevada, Utah and Arizona.
