No pneumonia. Just intense body aches and semi delirium with high fever. I started Ivermectin at the first sign of a scratchy throat. I also didn't take anything for the fever/pain, figuring it was better to let the immune system do its thing. Seems to take about a week to burn through.
How are ya, TV? Long time no see!

Traitor VicI’m just living the retired life. Dodging tornados, training a new puppy (Jack Russell with fluffy Broken coat) he is a monster and now 15 months old. Cutest demon known to man.
We lost our 12 year old female terrier last April (kidney disease - horrific) and immediately adopted this new guy who has kept our mind off the pain. He also keeps us in shape as he demands two hours of daily walking.
Trying to stay healthy, we both caught Covid (2nd time) in late September, and it was like a bad cold or light flu. Was wondering how this Bird flu compares. Sounds like about the same.
We haven’t even caught any sort of common cold or flu in 14 years, other than this Omicron-vid that’s all the rage.
I hope they aren’t trying to kill us.
Hope you are well, get over that flu.

CankerblossomHusband and I had bad colds and it took us over 2 1/2 weeks to get over it.
Chest and head congestion. Lost my voice.
We knocked it out with a short round of ivermectin and then decongestants and expectorants. No fever or muscle aches so it wasn't the "flu". Just really hard to break up the congestion.
Heard on the radio this morning that schools all over the US are closing because so many are out sick with influenza A
