If America was invaded I would fight to my death protesting it though.
No, I didn’t serve. So fucking what? Neither did Trump and he’s got more guts than anyone.

I didn't serve. I guess I let a somewhat negative experience color my perception of what the military would be all about, but when I got on up in my 30s I wished I had just taken a different path to service.
I've had tons of family and friends who served, at every level from National Guard grunt to Navy SEAL officer and Air Force intelligence officer and AF test pilot. One of my local friends is a retired command sergeant major and another is a retired one star general.
I haven't talked to all of them in the last few months, but the ones I have talked to are fully in favor of blasting Iran into oblivion, even if it requires boots on the ground to some degree, and they all think it will come to that.
They're all mid to late 50s like me and wouldn't be the tip of the spear, but would definitely go if a bad enough emergency happened that required their service.
Like you, I'll fight any sumbitch who shows up over here, and fully expect that to happen. I'm just surprised it hasn't happened already. I've been looking for it to happen ever since 9/11 at least. I'm just a late middle age fat boy who can't do a lot, but I'm a pretty fair hand with a rifle and maybe I can just take out 10-15 of them before they get me.

Good for you Brutus.. I have regretted not joining also. As for the recent wars I see no imminent threat by either nation and think we are being way too aggressive now.

I graduated from high school with full intentions of becoming an army officer and maybe even doing it for a 20-30 year career.
My first year of college and the first little bit of my second year of college changed my mind for reasons too long and detailed to get into here, and also with Gorbachev in office in Russia I was still young and dumb enough to figure we were entering an era of peace and freedom where an army career would've been boring as hell.
Remote view of Iran War.5 viewers. 2 viewers have similar drawings. CONUS GETTING ready to create a beach head in Straits. Troops available could be 50000. Not sure. Lots of casualties. A possible false flag will cause bunker buster nukes to be used against Iran. Iran had processed enough uranium for 15 bombs. They will use them on the west. When this happens Russia and China will enter the war against the west.
FYI..Iran has a new ICBM that has a range long enough to hit Conus. Surprise ...surprise.

NOBODY KNOWS HOW FUCKED THE SITUATION IN THE PERSIAN GULF ACTUALLY IS.
3,200 ships are TRAPPED in the Persian Gulf right now.
Crews are running out of drinking water.
One ship called the local port authority and BEGGED for permission to dock — just to get water.

An Iran-linked hacker group has claimed responsibility for a cyberattack of a medical tech company, in what appears to be the first significant instance of Iran hacking an American company since the start of war between the countries.
The company, Stryker, produces a range of medical equipment and technology, and is headquartered in Michigan.
Historically, Iran has conducted some of the most infamous “wiper” cyberattacks on national enemies, aiming to simply erase all data on a computer’s networks. Victims include Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia’s national oil company, in 2012, and the Sands Casino in 2014.
Since the war started, some established hacker groups sympathetic to Iranian leadership have claimed minor attacks, but most have been relegated to briefly altering the appearance of a website and none have appeared to have had major impact. Some tech and cybersecurity companies, including Google, and the email cybersecurity company Proofpoint, have told NBC News that they have largely seen Iran’s hackers conducting espionage related to the war.
