The SAVE act is an attempt at doing it the “nice” way. But if the cowards in the Senate won’t kill the filibuster, Trump is fully prepared to do it the “not-so-nice” way via executive order.

As for Iran--it's too late now. Fuk-nuts like yourself, screwed away any chance of any kind of settlement with that country--since our SNEAK ATTACK a month ago. Especially when we killed 170 school girls, with 2 tomahawks fired from one of our destroyers.
I will be right now they are busily enriching whatever uranium they have now--and are completely justified to do so. At any moment we can expect a nuclear strike upon Iran by Israel--that will not resolve anything. And of course Iran, justifiably will strike back with either dirty bombs or easily assembled atomic weapons. In less than a week or so, Israel will completely out of air defense interceptors... along with this country (who was sucked into this conflict by Israel) when our missiles stocks start to run critically low as well. We are stripping away THAD systems from other countries--only to have them also knocked out by Iranian precision weapons. The USA alone is suffering hundreds of billions of dollars damage, atop the direct costs of the war itself. We just lost a 500 million dollar AWACS plane hit by Iranian drones FYI.
The likelihood of Iran surviving this war is over 85% now. And their strategy is to bleed the USA and Israel dry in our attempt to take them down--a strategy they been devising for decades now. And if they do go down, their strategy is to take the USA, Israel and our regional allies down with them as well. It's brilliant.
Putting troops into Iran will be like putting troops on the beaches of Diep or Gallipoli. The war is in itself a massive miscalculation by the USA and Israel--who is being hit constantly now by high-precision weapons, causing them over 50 billion dollars in damage alone (not including cost of weapons and operations).
