Looks like this little shit-heel is now behind bars, where he will remain forever--until he is put to death that is. If brought up on state charges--he will get the death penalty and the choice for inmates convicted is either firing squad or hanging. I do not see him under any circumstances, pleading guilty for a life sentence. Chances are nil on this.

But is looks like he is going to be brought up on Federal charges and not only are they going to throw the book at him, they are going to dump an entire law library on him--and in the end get the death penalty. Trial most likely held in SLC.

FYI--Mormons have an implied doctrine of "Blood Atonement" --meaning if you take someone's life (murder) the only way to atone is though the shedding of your own blood--hence the firing squad option. little fact there.

Robinson family is large and living in a super predominant Mormon area adjacet to Saint George. I am very familiar with the area as I do a lot of photography along the Old Spanish Trail which leads right through this area.

Tyler it seems got radicalize though his college attendance and professors--which is uncommon for anything like this to happen in Utah. But as I mentioned earlier there are small groups of radicals all through the Mormon belt and into Idaho.

Now everyone is going to analyze this little cocksucker's life down to minute detail--and back trace any and all of these radical types who came in to contact with Tyler and who influenced him. I would bet money on the fact that a lot of them are going to face very public scrutiny and also get their walking papers.

Now could Tyler have been wound up by an outside power and used as an Oswald (a cut out). It's possible. Clearly it was not professional job as you would not see all the mistakes on ex-fil this guy made on video. A pro would have been a ghost. Completely unidentifiable.

Also was off with the fact Kirk didn't have body armor on. He did in fact wear body armor--a metal type chest plate can be seen in close up photos. The top of the chest plate is angled inwards--and here's where the bullet struck, glancing off, fracturing and a fragment cut into his neck The shot came front on--and not from the side as many have thought. Usually, you will wear kevelar high collar with this type of plate to avoid such a thing. So it looks like Tyler was aiming for Kirk's heart in a body shot--but the round struck a bit too high. Still no word on where tyler got his gun, but photos show him with a long gun in social media beforehand. So this guy, although not a pro-sniper, he did have experience with firearms and hunting as he lived in Southern Utah and hunted with his father it is revealed. 200 yard shot with this rifle is not a hard thing to pull off FYI>
