Turkey popped in oven 3 hours. Lots of tequila, sake, Modelo,and edibles.will check back later

On the menu today:

smoked turkey breast
dressing
roasted sweet potatoes
green bean casserole
homemade cranberry/orange sauce
cranberry pie (I'm not a fan of pumpkin pie)

Nursing a nice bourbon right now. It's five o'clock somewhere!

Hot tub fired up. So is the sauna(home made) New outdoor wood burner fired up.

After hot tub, get in sauna for 20 minutes at 105 degrees.

Jump out of sauna,and roll in the snow NAKED.
At that point a hot towel and some Makers mark will be in order.

Life just isn't worth living without a hot tub.

I have been looking at saunas in Costco, but just can't justify it since I already live in hell.

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving! Had a houseful yesterday. Never even touched the 'puter. The only thing missing was green bean casserole - my favorite holiday casserole!! We had way too much made already to even think about it. Which means anytime between now and Christmas is a great excuse to make it "because I didn't get any at Thanksgiving".

We passed on the traditional crap this year having just returned from Japan and being massively jet-lagged still. We got an order of Korean BBQ chicken from Tozai Plaza and dined al-fresco in the yard. It was very warm yesterday out here on the coast.

I have a Softub (second one). Efficient, easy to move and run on 110 volts.
