Here we go again, random ban from GLP. anyone else think this is a tactic to solicit "membership" money, by selling the fact you can circumnavigate any bans?

Frankly, I'm happy to take a "time out" from the vitriol at that site.

I never liked the vibes there so didn't 'join' it. Just read what everyone else copies over here and elsewhere.

GLP bans....right out of a cereal box. When I used to play over there da banning was, and probably still is, out control (but it's a huge group of shit mods so whaddya 'pect). I figured out what they were doing and could get around it in about 30 seconds, a minute or two longer if it was IP related.

What was funny is I'd post my steps....oh they don't like that at all! Instaban! And then I'd come right back. Useless fuckers over there.

I read over there, but rarely post. The bullshit, antisemitism and Russian fed bots are beyond belief. I cancelled my sub a long time ago as I refuse to sponsor that kind of garbage. However, it is a great place to get breaking news.

How to get around the instaban? Reboot your router and view as an AC. Try logging in after a week or two and you should be good.

Trinity is an asshole, but he does expose himself to a fair amount of risk just to keep the forum up and running.

GLP is great for cherry picking news. Discernment is key.
