For Dennis
Because he’s too brain dead to do the research himself. You’re a fat tub of lard in spite of your gastric bypass because you ignore circadian rhythm and you’re leptin resistant and everything about your lifestyle is wrong.

You need to learn some biophysics on the quantum scale to understand the impacts. We run on electrons, protons … and photons! Should be a piece of cake for an IEEE engineer. Excellent books – Life On The Edge (McFadden and Al-Khalili) and Light In Shaping Life (van Wijk).

Our mitochondria are what keeps us humming along. To be healthy we need to keep our mitochondria healthy. Chronic disease almost always is the result of trashing your mitochondria. [anything by Douglas Wallace; Mitochondria and the Future of Medicine (Lee Know)]

We’re beings of natural light who are destroyed by artificial light. [any Jack Kruse interview; Our Body Electric (Becker); Going Somewhere (Marino)]

There is a fourth phase of water when an exclusion zone is generated. That is what happens in our cells and many other common situations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-T7tCMUDXU

http://www.createhealthyhomes.com/ is a start of what you can do to improve your situation. Because you can’t get well in the environment that made you sick.

Check back often because I will add homework assignments.

Lib, please note that all these suggestions will help Sage as well.

Web, we've read some of this before. We'll look at your links further. Thank you. (It might help me too.)

I have to say that anything attached to Mercola gets taken with a huge grain of salt. But... Thanks again.

Amen Webster! Thumbs Up

10 years ago I was almost dead, then got a consultation with a doctor who was free to practice the art of medicine. I had no insurance and he was retiring. In addition to writing up a long term treatment plan, which included beach time, he provided links to university research studies on mitochondria health. You can trust the Mercola stuff, he simplifies it. I'm a senior citizen rockin' 5th gear.

Last week a job trainee at work got called by the school to come get her sick kid. She brought her sick kid to work! Coughing and snotting all over everything and everybody. Manager told me tough shit, take more vitamins. Monday morning rolls around, the entire crew is sick, the manager worst of all. I am NOT sick, but I get 2 days off in the sun because we had to close due to illness.

So fire up those mitochondria and keep 'em lit!

The only reference I see to Mercola is a link on Oram Miller's site. Mercola did get me started initially as far as purchasing an EMF meter but he's a rank newbie to the issue of nnEMF. So what I posted isn't about Mercola.

Traitor Vic
FYI...

Cipro, Levaquin and all the other drugs with fluoride bases will kill your mitochondria in a heartbeat.

I haven't read any of that, but I've always been of the opinion that working up a good sweat is beneficial. Doesn't even have to be anything super-strenuous, just some activity out in the sun that gets a good drenching sweat going.

I always feel better after a good sweat, and I've never even been in a sauna, etc.

Smile
